Overview

The Role About the Role : We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing a fast-paced workload while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the CEO.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Assist with personal tasks and ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Bilingual (English + Arabic) is an advantage.
