Marketing Partnerships Specialist
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Partnerships Specialist to join our Marketing team and act as a visible brand ambassador. This hybrid role is based in our Dubai office, offering the opportunity to work with a high-performing team while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own schedule.
Main Responsibilities
Affiliate & Partnership Development
- Proactively identify, reach out to, and secure new affiliates and strategic partners
- Strengthen partnerships through active community presence (events, networking, activations) to foster trust and long-term engagement
- Provide partners with the right tools, assets, and incentives to drive measurable growth (sign-ups, conversions, ROI)
Partnership Management
- Manage active partnerships, including high-profile relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement, clear communication, and strong results
Community Engagement & Events
- Contribute to planning and executing events, pop-ups, and brand activations to deepen community ties and enhance brand visibility
Strategic Input
- Share insights from partnerships and community interactions with internal teams to inform campaigns, optimize strategies, and identify new opportunities
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor partnership KPIs (sign-ups, engagement, conversions, ROI) and deliver regular performance updates and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Nutrition, Science or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, affiliate management, community growth, or event management (preferably in fitness, sports, lifestyle, or wellness industries)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness; ntechutrition knowledge is a bonus
