Job summary

A leading construction firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned construction manager with over 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, including at least 5 years offshore, preferably with ADNOC. The successful candidate will have a strong leadership background and proven experience in managing offshore technical buildings. Responsibilities will include leading construction execution while ensuring compliance and managing quality assurance. An offshore safety certification (BOSIET/HUET) is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Oil & Gas construction, 5+ years offshore (ADNOC experience preferred).
• Proven experience managing offshore technical buildings (Control Rooms, E-Houses, HV/LV rooms).
• Offshore safety certification (BOSIET/HUET) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution and ensure ADNOC compliance.
• Manage interfaces, QA/QC, and oversee handover.
