Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in HC operations or HC analytics.
• Experience in data management, reporting, and HC system utilization is essential.
• Knowledge in process standardization and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update organizational charts.
• Manage and maintain the central repository of HC data.
• Assist with FTE and Non-FTE headcount tracking and vacancy monitoring.
• Support administration of compensation and rewards programs.
• Consolidate monthly management dashboard for reporting.
