We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to develop and execute the property’s sales strategy, driving revenue growth across all business segments. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results.

What you’ll do
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all segments, including corporate, leisure, events, and group bookings.

  • Identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities in line with the property’s brand and positioning.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to maximize promotional activities and yield strategies.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to inform decision-making and monitor performance.

  • Represent the property at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

  • Support the pre-opening team in establishing standard sales processes and protocols.

  • Mentor and guide junior sales staff, fostering a high-performing and motivated team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel or lifestyle sales, preferably in luxury hospitality.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.

  • Knowledge of hospitality sales systems and CRM tools.
