Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatologist to join our dynamic team.

As a Neonatologist, you will provide specialized medical care for newborns, including premature and critically ill infants. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care from initial assessment through treatment and follow-up, supporting the health and well-being of newborns and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide specialized medical care for newborns with conditions ranging from prematurity to congenital abnormalities and other medical, surgical, and behavioral disorders.
  • Evaluate and manage the medical needs of neonates in the intensive care unit, including ventilator support, nutrition, and medication management.
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for neonates.
  • Educate parents and families on their child’s condition, treatment options, and potential outcomes, and provide emotional support throughout hospitalization.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate medical records, including progress notes, orders, and discharge summaries.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and protocols in neonatal medicine and incorporate them into practice for optimal patient outcomes.
