Job summary

A leading international hotel brand in Dubai is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to implement training and ensure compliance with luxury service standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in Food & Beverage or Front Office operations within a luxury hotel and will possess strong mentoring and guest experience management skills. This role emphasizes the continuous improvement of guest satisfaction through effective quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in Food & Beverage and/or Front Office operations within an international luxury hospitality brand.
  • Experience conducting trainings ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Ability to analyze guest feedback and manage corrective actions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct departmental trainings ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Support operational teams in creating unique guest experiences.
  • Manage quality assurance processes through experience audits.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and quality of services.

Education
