Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supports logistics strategy within the organization policies and procedures and ensures effective integration of logistics operations.
  • Checks invoices for equipment/machineries rentals against services made from Amana Plant to the project.
  • Verifies, summarizes all the checked invoices and submits invoice package to the project manager for certification.
  • Checks invoices related to camp occupancy in ratio with labors on site
  • Verifies, summarizes all the checked invoices and submits invoice package to the project manager for certification
  • Checks invoices related to scaffolding rent and stores materials received to site.
  • Checks invoices for diesel consumption against actual site usage.
  • Provides goods status reports to concerned supervisors and to the logistics unit at a branch level. (ex: MRR/MIR/MTV/Equipment and diesel usage report, etc.).
  • Ensures proper data entry and log information for acquisition, supply and inventory purposes.
  • Ensures proper freight management and maintains cost analysis reports
  • Manages the process of scheduling and dispatching of machineries/equipment and scaffolding from and to sites
  • Supervises the day to day activities of the site store keepers.
  • Keeps them informed of all receiving goods and ensures that all documentation necessary is provided to the Manager.
  • Ensures proper management of transportation related to sites, commodity and quality control.
  • Follows up mobilization and demobilization, implements and reports on special logistics operations.
  • Supports effective Land Transport Storage and Handling (LTSH) management including regular LTSH reviews.
  • Ensures adequate logistics preparedness through contingency planning and continuous logistics reviews.
  • Ensures safety measures of workmen and all logistic movements are being practiced.
  • Provides management with regular reports about inventory, freight and distribution.

Educational Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in the same role
