A leading architectural firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced architectural site supervisor to assist in overseeing site works and ensuring compliance with specifications. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the UAE and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. They should be proficient in AutoCAD, and familiarity with construction codes in the UAE is essential. Immediate availability is required for this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing architectural site works to ensure they are executed in accordance with approved drawings specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants subcontractors and internal site teams to resolve technical and design-related issues.
• Review architectural drawings and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor ongoing architectural works to ensure quality safety and compliance with project schedules.
• Support senior site architects and project managers in managing site progress and reporting.
• Prepare red-line markups and as-built drawings based on site conditions and changes.
• Ensure adherence to local authority regulations and project-specific requirements.
• Maintain clear documentation of site activities issues and solutions.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
• Must have 3-5 years of site experience with contracting companies in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven involvement in UAE/GCC projects (residential commercial or mixed-use preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit and other design tools is a plus.
• Familiar with UAE/GCC construction codes materials and authority requirements.
• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE/GCC and available to join immediately.
