Role Overview

Otis is growing, and we are recruiting a Service Sales Associate. This role helps achieve sales growth through maintaining an existing portfolio, obtaining new business, and selling modernization and repairs as required.

On a typical day, you will:
  • Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Develop repair and modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders.
  • Create your own sales strategy to meet targets and ensure profitability.
  • Use Otis sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales.
  • Conduct negotiations and close deals, ensuring timely payments.
  • Collaborate with team members, including other sales reps and field colleagues.
What you will need to be successful:
  • A business or technical degree, or completed training as a technician or business administrator.
  • Initial experience in selling technical products requiring consultation.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High level of commitment, reliability, and results-driven attitude.
  • Target-focused with the ability to work efficiently in a demanding, complex organization.
