Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources: Lead recruitment, onboarding and exit processes; manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary actions; oversee payroll, leave and attendance systems; drive performance management and training initiatives; ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain HR documentation.
  • Administration: Supervise daily office operations and admin team; manage facilities procurement and vendor coordination; ensure all statutory licenses and legal compliances are up to date; coordinate travel, events and internal communications.
