Job Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Corporate Content Producer. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for creating and distributing messages to staff, stakeholders, media contacts, and the general public.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of strategic objectives, brand guidelines, and work towards maintaining consistent and positive communication both within the company and externally.

You will be responsible for writing press releases, utilizing social media platforms, and creating articles for our corporate intranet. Additionally, you will collaborate with our corporate and brand teams to identify opportunities for effective communication.

Liaise with the corporate and brand teams to source/identify opportunities for communications. Develop digital communications to achieve corporate goals. Support, contribute, and comply with quality and governance procedures as outlined by our code of conduct and corporate guidelines. Write and distribute press releases to garner coverage for our organization. Monitor all media platforms for mentions of our organization, its brands, and key employees. Devise a plan to address unfavorable press coverage or misinformation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administering the creation and publishing of high-quality content across all corporate channels, including copywriting, long‑form articles, video ideation, filming, and editing.
  • Collaborating with the Corporate Admin Director to deliver an overarching content strategy aligned with our brand strategy and direction across internal and external platforms.
  • Working closely with the Corporate Admin Director to design and execute comprehensive social media campaigns.
  • Identifying and enhancing organizational development aspects to create engaging content in collaboration with Human Resources (i.e., employee training, recognition, and rewards for participation in our marketing and online review building).
  • Leveraging appropriate online tools to manage content effectively.
  • Analyzing our social media strategy, identifying weaknesses, and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Staying up‑to‑date with social media trends and informing management of relevant changes that impact our marketing activities.
  • Implementing an editorial content calendar to manage content and plan timely campaigns.
  • Exploring innovative methods and creative strategies to increase awareness of key events and changes in the business, including product launches, special events, community service, and other topics of interest.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s University Degree in English, Journalism, or Communications (or related field).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (certification is desirable but not essential).
