A leading retail franchise group is seeking a Head of E-Commerce Development to lead e-commerce technology strategy and oversee software development. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in e-commerce roles, including 6 years in management, and a strong background in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and app development. This full-time role is based in the UAE and offers the opportunity to significantly impact the company's operations.

The Head of E-Commerce Development is responsible for overseeing e-commerce software development methodology and architecture, ensuring clean, smooth, and high-performance applications. He / she defines the short-term and long-term e-commerce technology strategy along with the associated roadmap. The role entails managing the overall e-commerce technology stack and optimizing its performance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
MBA is a plus.
A minimum of ten years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in the E-Commerce Retail on both the client and system integration (SI) sides is a plus.
Six years of experience in a managerial role.
