As a Front Desk Agent, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, serving as the first point of contact for guests from around the world, particularly those who speak Arabic. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality. Your linguistic skills will enable our Arabic-speaking guests to feel comfortable and valued from the moment they step into our establishment. With attention to detail and a proactive approach, you will handle guest inquiries, manage bookings, and navigate any challenges that may arise, while representing our brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
  • Provide assistance to guests in both English and Arabic languages.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and politely.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs effectively.
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and guest information accurately.

  • Handle payment transactions accurately and in a secure manner.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including processing and filing paperwork.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of all guest information and sensitive data.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Englis speaking and writing skills.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail are essential.
