The Specialist Accounts Planning plays a critical role in managing financial operations related to 3PL invoicing and financial reporting ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Role summary

The Specialist Accounts Planning is responsible for managing the endtoend financial processes related to logistics commercials 3PL payments financial reconciliations and controls. This role ensures accurate timely and compliant financial operations working closely with 3PL partners internal logistics teams and the finance department.

Whats On Your Plate

• Manage 3PL financial transactions ensuring accurate service fee calculations deductions and timely invoice reconciliation.
• Oversee financial compliance tracking payouts closing balances and outstanding dues for 3PL partners.
• Ensure transparency in deductions and compensations handling disputes and maintaining clear financial documentation.
• Monitor financial controls over riderrelated equipment inventory and operational expenses.
• Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to enhance reporting compliance and payment efficiency.
