Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding available finance and insurance options.
• Prepare and process finance and insurance documentation in line with showroom protocols.
• Maintain updated records of deals approvals and payment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.

Collaboration & Communication

• Liaise with sales team to align customer financing requirements.
• Coordinate with banks and insurance partners for approvals and quotes.
• Provide clear timely updates to customers regarding their application status.
• Support cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

Performance & Reporting

• Track finance/insurance conversion rates and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain daily logs of applications approvals and cancellations.
• Highlight processing delays and assist in resolving bottlenecks.
• Contribute to regular reports for showroom management.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in automotive banking or insurance support roles.
• Familiarity with UAE-based finance and insurance processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
