About The Business Area
Private Banking provides high-net-worth clients with an end-to-end banking service to help manage their full banking and investment needs effectively. Our dedicated bankers provide a wide variety of solutions to meet clients’ investment and borrowing requirements, including complex and bespoke loan structuring. Wealth preservation requirements are addressed through a comprehensive wealth planning solution, tailored to individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition - Proactively utilize external professional network and internal Bank networks to attract new-to-bank clients and capture client service synergies.
- Relationship Management - Act as primary point of contact for all client interactions and perform day-to-day banking services to meet and exceed client expectations. Own client issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Product Solutions - Collaborate with internal specialists to craft effective wealth management solutions for clients, covering asset management, credit and succession planning. Identify cross-selling opportunities and interact with internal resources to provide product solutions.
- Risk Management - Review and monitor work, minimize errors in transaction execution and service delivery, and comply with relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines to protect the Bank against risks.
- Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures - Adhere to relevant policies, processes, SOPs, and instructions to deliver required service standards.
- Self-Management - Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies to maximize contribution to business performance.
- Customer Service - Demonstrate ADCB Service Standards in all internal and external interactions.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in a commercial/universal bank in a client-facing relationship management role with high-net-worth clients; experience with capital markets solutions, hedge funds and private equity is valued.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Client service and acquisition skills.
- Ability to network across stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to use fact-based analysis to win support for new concepts and ideas.
- Written and spoken English.

- Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 50,000 – AED 70,000 per month. Eligible for variable pay plans.
