The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Estidama Pearl Qualified Professional to join our engineering consultancy team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest sustainability standards set by the Estidama Pearl Rating System, contributing to environmentally responsible and energy-efficient developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of Estidama Pearl Rating System requirements across engineering projects.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on sustainability practices and Estidama compliance.
• Conduct assessments and prepare documentation to achieve Pearl Rating targets.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate sustainable design strategies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely submission of Estidama-related reports and certifications.
• Stay updated on Estidama guidelines and regulatory changes, ensuring all projects meet current standards.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to internal teams and clients on Estidama principles.
