About the Role:

The Depot Specialist will lead the planning, design, coordination and delivery oversight of depot infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with track, rolling‑stock O&M systems and safety frameworks. The role is instrumental in enabling functional, compliant and high‑performing depot operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define depot layout concepts, workflows and spatial planning
• Review architectural, civil, MEP and systems drawings related to depot facilities
• Coordinate with design consultants, rolling‑stock teams and O&M specialists
• Ensure depot functionality aligns with RTA guidelines, standards and project KPIs
• Provide input on depot maintenance workflows, access paths and equipment zones
• Support reviews of depot equipment installations and interface points

Requirements:

• MSc/BSc in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years experience in depot design and planning for metro/rail systems
• Proven involvement in at least one end‑to‑end depot infrastructure delivery in the GCC
• Familiarity with international standards and RTA requirements
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination, review and reporting capabilities
