Position Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute product strategies for Ecosystem products (Tablets, Smart Watches, Earbuds, Fitness Bands, Smart Rings, and Accessories) and identify new growth opportunities.
- Market Expansion & Sales: Drive market share growth and achieve sales targets, leveraging the Health platform for wearable product sales opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a category leader, collaborating with marketing, business intelligence, sales, finance, legal, and other teams to maximize organizational impact.
- Product Advocacy: Champion and represent Ecosystem products as the primary spokesperson.
- Sales & Marketing Leadership: Guide subsidiaries by sharing product features, positioning, use cases, and innovative sales strategies.
- Product Launch Excellence: Deliver seamless regional and local product launches (GTM) in partnership with the Regional Office Eco team.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to annual business plans, outlining growth opportunities and actionable strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor weekly and quarterly Ecosystem channel sales and business performance indicators, summarizing key market and competitive insights.
- Executive Communication: Craft and present executive-level reports that simplify complex situations for clear understanding.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience & Expertise: Minimum 14+ Years of Relevant Experience: Proven track record in fast-growing device or tech environments, with a focus on accessory, auxiliary, or PC/Mobile Ecosystem industries.
- Product Sales Strategy Expertise: Extensive experience in developing and executing product sales strategies, with a focus on driving growth and market penetration.
- Business & Consumer Insights: Ability to deeply understand partner business models, marketing strategies, and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions.
- Executive-Level Communication: Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytics and insights to executive audiences clearly and compellingly.
- Regional Project Leadership: Proven ability to drive and lead regional projects within matrix organizations, ensuring alignment and execution across teams.
