Job summary

A leading transport services company in Dubai is looking for an experienced technician to provide engineering and maintenance services for the Dubai Metro's depot equipment. This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance on various machinery, testing electromechanical assemblies, and ensuring tools are well maintained. Candidates should possess a vocational trade certificate and have at least one year of related experience. Strong mechanical and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year work experience as a qualified electrical, mechanical, or electro-mechanical technician.
• Desirable working knowledge in operating and repairing plant machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities on plant machinery.
• Test functional performance of electromechanical assemblies.
• Operate metalworking machines and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ensure maintenance tools & equipment are in good condition.
• Produce and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Perform shift and emergency duties when required.
