Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Counter Teller to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in handling financial transactions, excellent customer service skills, and prior experience in the UAE real estate market. This role requires accuracy, trustworthiness, and proficiency with ERPs such as NetSuite or SAP.

Responsibilities
  • Process cash transactions, deposits, and check verifications while ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
  • Disburse funds securely and in line with control standards.
  • Reconcile and balance daily cash drawers with company records.
  • Adhere to all security, confidentiality, anti-money laundering (AML), and fraud prevention policies.
  • Stay up to date with banking regulations, products, and services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
  • Accurately record and process all transactions through NetSuite.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience as a Counter Teller in the UAE real estate market (mandatory).
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive financial data with integrity.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
  • Hands-on experience with ERPs such as NetSuite or SAP.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
