Description
  • Building and maintaining detailed financial models and feasibility studies
  • Conducting cash flow analysis, ROI assessments, and scenario planning
  • Supporting fundraising efforts through preparation of financial proposals and stakeholder engagement
  • Performing market research and investment analysis to identify opportunities
  • Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
  • Preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership and investors
  • Supporting due diligence and risk assessment for investment decisions
Profile
  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis within the real estate sector
  • CA qualification required; MBA and/or CFA preferred
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
