We’re currently recruiting for a Content Manager as part of the growth of our Content team. This role would be based in our Dubai office.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with SEO objectives and overall business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to prioritize content topics based on search demand and competition.
  • Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content including articles, blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia content.
  • Optimize content for target keywords, metadata, and on-page elements to improve search visibility.
  • Ensure content meets SEO best practices for readability, user experience, and search engine guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Track key metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and engagement metrics.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to continuously refine content strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product) to align content with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate SEO recommendations, insights, and performance updates clearly to stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and training to content creators on SEO best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content management with a strong focus on SEO.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads Keyword Planner.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla).
  • SEO or digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO optimizations.
  • Experience with multilingual content optimization and localization.
  • Familiarity with content marketing strategies and inbound marketing principles.
