Qualifications

• 1 year work experience as Commis Chef in banquet kitchen or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
• Basic Culinary skills / good hygiene knowledge.
• To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
