About the Role
  • The Client Solutions Manager – Retail & Ecom is an expert in TikTok’s performance and branding advertisement products for key clients in industries such as marketplaces, fashion, electronics, furniture, beauty, price comparison sites, and quick commerce apps.
  • Acts as a strategic partner to advertisers, supporting them across the full funnel from awareness to conversion, ensuring scalable campaign execution, robust measurement frameworks, and actionable insights that drive sales and long‑term growth.
  • Collaborates with Client Partners to design end‑to‑end strategies, manage campaign operations, and optimize performance across web and app channels.
  • Requires strong understanding of web and app tracking, campaign optimizations, A/B testing, and measurement setup.
  • This is a 1‑year contractual job (fixed‑term employment for 12 months).
Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow post‑sale client relationships with Retail & Ecom vertical advertisers.
  • Support and work closely with Client Partners on pre‑sale research and pitch.
  • Create and optimize client ad strategies using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brandformance, performance, and consideration products.
  • Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok’s auction platform and auction‑based tools, providing real‑time analysis.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to offer data‑driven insights.
  • Conduct regular strategic business reviews in a consultative, long‑term approach.
  • Keep accurate records of pending and active campaign plans.
  • Act as a product champion to drive revenue and adoption in key product and business growth areas.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues and support product development.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to provide creative solutions support.
  • Collaborate with measurement partners and advertisers to develop measurement understanding.
  • Build trusting relationships and robust communication with external client and agency teams.
  • Cooperate with the ad policy team to keep clients up‑to‑date on policy changes.
  • Take responsibility for campaign setup checks, monitoring, and optimization suggestions.
  • Drive and facilitate adoption of Pixels, MMPs, TikTok Shop where applicable.
  • Prepare narratives, workshops, and business reviews to educate and upskill clients.
  • Share client/market/vertical learnings and knowledge across Client Solutions Teams.
  • Cooperate with the Ad Operation team for smooth execution.
  • Cooperate with the Organic team to enhance organic presence.
  • Gather, analyze, and present data alongside insights as part of post‑campaign reporting.
  • Prioritize tasks by urgency and impact in alignment with Client Partners.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven experience in performance‑based campaign management in in‑house marketing, digital agencies, platforms, or media side.
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition and performance marketing with passion for social media, content platforms, and Retail & Ecom industries.
  • Proactive attitude and consultative sales skills with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Self‑starter, fast learner with a start‑up spirit.
  • Hands‑on experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, measurement, and using major app tracking tools like MMPs (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and web tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture).
  • Proficient in English and Turkish.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams.
  • Sales‑oriented mindset with strong account management skills and experience.
  • Good technical understanding of digital marketing technologies, integrations, and infrastructure.
  • Hands‑on experience with App, CPAS, Shopping Ads, and broader e‑commerce marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage revenue‑bearing responsibilities, targets, and strategic program development to drive education and product adoption.
