  • Develop leads through referrals and cold calling.

  • Monitor client health and quality metrics.
  • Communicate to manage client expectations.
  • Review accounts and highlight improvement areas.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team and focus on our B2B Car Rental Clients. This segment offers a huge opportunity for highly driven sales professionals who are eager to make an impact.

Responsibilities
  • Establish contact and develop relationships with business owners and other stakeholders in the Auto Industry.
  • Develop database of leads through referrals, telephone, canvassing, face‑to‑face, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, and networking.
  • Selling value‑added products and subscriptions to new and existing accounts.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales KPIs (value and volume).
  • Provide client training to ensure efficient and continuous use of the service and performance reviews and reports to ensure maximum client retention.
  • Consistently monitor client health and quality metrics, ensuring they meet management’s expectations and using the service efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively to manage client expectations and ensure they receive a great Dubizzle experience.
  • Review client accounts and highlight areas where they can improve performance to get more out of their listing.
Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience with at least 1 year of B2B sales.
  • Online sales experience is a bonus.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced and target‑driven company.
  • Strong computer skills with excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Proven success in previous sales roles.
  • Familiarity with the Dubizzle website.
