Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Broker Network Activation Specialist to lead the onboarding, training, and activation of real estate broker networks. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach, ensuring broker engagement, and driving sales through third-party channels.

Key Responsibilities

Broker Onboarding & Activation:

  • Identify, contact, and onboard new real estate brokers and agencies into our partner network.
  • Develop and deliver broker activation strategies to ensure quick and effective ramp-up.

Relationship Management:

  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with broker partners to drive loyalty and long-term collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all broker-related inquiries and communications.

Training & Enablement:

  • Organize and deliver regular product knowledge sessions, sales workshops, and site tours.
  • Ensure brokers are well-equipped with the tools, materials, and knowledge to effectively promote our projects.

Performance Monitoring & Support:

  • Track and analyze broker performance metrics and provide insights to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and CRM teams to support broker needs and resolve issues promptly.

Marketing & Events:

  • Coordinate broker events, roadshows, and activation campaigns to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-branded promotional materials for brokers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, channel sales, or broker management.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and broker ecosystem, preferably within the GCC region.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred.
