Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to uphold the highest standards of service
  • Monitor floor operations and guest feedback, proactively resolving any issues to maintain guest satisfaction
  • Assist in managing reservations, guest relations, and VIP service coordination
  • Contribute to achieving financial targets through cost control, upselling strategies, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a fine dining environment (Asian or Cantonese cuisine experience is a plus)
