Job summary

A leading commerce company in Dubai seeks an Assistant Manager for Quick Commerce to drive growth in the Non Food Category business through aggregator platforms. Responsibilities include building relationships with marketplace aggregators and improving operational efficiency. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field and 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in quick commerce or the food delivery industry.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of work experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
  • Previous experience in the food delivery industry, quick commerce, or cloud kitchens is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain business relationships with marketplace aggregators.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Expand dark store footprint across UAE.
  • Improve efficiency of advertising budgets.
  • Analyze catalog performance based on market and customer preferences.
  • Ensure optimal ratings on marketplace stores.

About the job Assistant Manager _ Quick Commerce

The responsibility is to build and grow the client's Non Food Category business on Aggregator platforms like Talabat, Noon, Careem, Instashop etc. with entire Topline and Bottom-line ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain business relations with marketplace aggregators
  • Identify new business opportunities and tap them
  • Expand dark store footprint for coverage across UAE
  • Improve efficiency of Advertising budgets on marketplace platforms
  • Analyze catalog performance and keep improving basis market and customer preferences
  • Ensure ratings on marketplace stores stay at an optimum level
