Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Management Assistant Manager to join our MEA Regional Headquarters HR team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in driving strategic Talent Management initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development:

  • Design and implement regional training programs aligned with business needs and HQ direction. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), manage onboarding and e-learning programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Career Development & Assessment Centers:

  • Develop career development frameworks, support succession planning, and manage structured Assessment Centers to assess leadership potential and readiness for progression.

Regional HR Support & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to establish annual Talent Management plans, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance with local regulations and global HR standards.
Requirements:
  • 8–12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MA in Human Resources is preferred
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills and training delivery
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS/LMS systems
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and socially adept
