Responsibilities

• Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations and staff management
• Develop and implement innovative beverage menus, incorporating local ingredients and global trends
• Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation
• Train and mentor bar staff to improve their skills and product knowledge
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
• Assist in managing bar finances, including budgeting and cost control
• Collaborate with other departments to support events and promotions
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Implement and maintain quality control measures for all beverages served

Qualifications

• College Diploma in Hotel Management, Event Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage or Bar leadership role
• Proven track record of excellent guest service and sales skills
• Strong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and craft cocktails
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in bar management software and point-of-sale systems
• Strong inventory management and cost control abilities
