Responsibilities
  • Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations and staff management
  • Develop and implement innovative beverage menus, incorporating local ingredients and global trends
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation
  • Train and mentor bar staff to improve their skills and product knowledge
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
  • Assist in managing bar finances, including budgeting and cost control
  • Collaborate with other departments to support events and promotions
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications
