Job description
Key Responsibilities – Admin Officer
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Maintain and organize both electronic and physical records and documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and official letters.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Support HR and Finance with administrative tasks, including timesheet verification, expense claims, and staff records.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring professional communication.
  • Assist in organizing office events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office-related requirements
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Admin Executive, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
