Key Responsibilities – Admin Officer- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain and organize both electronic and physical records and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and official letters.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Support HR and Finance with administrative tasks, including timesheet verification, expense claims, and staff records.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring professional communication.
- Assist in organizing office events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Identify process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office-related requirements
Requirements / Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Admin Executive, or similar role.
