Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and organized Admin Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, tracking company assets, assisting multiple departments, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for maintenance and service requests
  • Assist in monitoring office repairs and general upkeep
  • Track renewals for services, vehicles, and assigned assets
  • Support driver scheduling and daily task assignments
  • Maintain records for company mobiles, tablets, and SIM cards
  • Coordinate with service providers for connectivity and device issues
  • Prepare basic reports, including expense and credit card summaries
  • Assist departments such as IT, HR, and Operations with administrative support
  • Manage pantry supplies and monitor office support staff
