We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Enrolment Coordinator to join our Admissions team.

Own the administrative heart of the admissions process—validating applications, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring every learner experiences a seamless journey from enquiry to confirmed registration.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with data and documentation, and is passionate about helping students start their academic journey smoothly and successfully.

• Review new and existing student registration applications for completeness and accuracy.
  
  
• Verify student placement based on academic performance, curriculum requirements, and grade eligibility.
  
  
• Confirm necessary documentation is submitted and meets the school’s compliance standards.
  
  
• Liaise with internal teams to support student progression, subject selection, and curriculum placement.
  
  
• Communicate professionally with families when clarification or additional information is required.
  
  
• Ensure each approved registration aligns with academic and regulatory guidelines.
  
  
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all student applications.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in student administration, admissions, or academic support
  
  
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills
  
  
• Ability to interpret academic records and apply placement guidelines
  
  
• Professional communication skills, especially in a virtual environment
  
  
• Comfortable working independently and meeting daily deadlines
  
  
• Familiarity with the South African education system (CAPS, SACAI, IEB) & Cambridge International Curriculum is highly advantageous
