As a Recruitment & HR Associate, you will be at the heart of supporting our global, fast‑moving team.
No two days are the same - you might be coordinating a recruitment drive for a field role one day, helping design a new HR policy the next, or supporting a culture‑building initiative across multiple teams.
You will :
Be the go‑to teammate for people‑related support, from onboarding and day‑to‑day queries to guiding employees through their growth journey.
Assist in recruiting for a variety of global roles, taking responsibility for writing and posting job ads, screening CVs, doing first interviews, reference checking, contracting and ensuring the entire candidate experience is exceptional.
Support the Head of HR Operations with traditional HR administrative duties where necessary (including tasks relating to compliance, performance management, industrial relations, administration, etc.).
Keep our People systems (like BambooHR) accurate, organised, and running seamlessly.
Support the People Team on projects, events, and initiatives that keep our culture thriving.
Jump into ad‑hoc and new challenges with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset, helping the team navigate the variety and pace of our work.

You have a proactive and curious mindset, are resourceful and take initiative
You have 2-3 years of experience in a support, admin, or coordination role, preferably in HR or recruitment.
You have excellent time management skills and can effectively prioritise and organise tasks to meet deadlines.
You are outstanding with people, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can build rapport with a diverse range of people.
You are naturally diplomatic and able to navigate nuanced, people‑related situations with discretion and a high level of confidentiality.

You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and a service‑focused, proactive problem‑solving approach.
You are comfortable with G‑Suite and are able to quickly learn new systems.
A tertiary qualification is advantageous.
