Job summary

A growing organisation in the agricultural sector is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the human resources function. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, performance management, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with labour laws. A degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 6 years of HR management experience are required. This position is based in Mbombela, Mpumalanga.

Qualifications

  • 6 years' HR management experience, preferably in a senior or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Experience in agriculture is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full HR function, including recruitment and performance management.
  • Provide strategic and operational HR guidance to management and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
