Position Purpose: The YouTube Manager is responsible for the day-to-day growth of multiple channels owned by StoneX – including StoneX Official, Forex.com and City Index brands. The manager will work with content teams to organize an effective video calendar to optimize for views, engagement, subscribers and leads. Supporting content creators by optimizing video titles, descriptions, provide recommendations to the design team on how to create compelling thumbnails and more to grow our channels, reach unique audiences according to brand guidelines and convert viewers to leads.
On the strategic side, the YouTube manager will be considered an internal expert on the platform. Regular strategic discussions will be held along with the implementation of strategic trialing to ensure our videos reach larger groups. Organization of playlists, integration of new CTAs and feedback highlighting strategic content gaps that can be pursued are all vital elements of this role.
The YouTube growth manager will be required to collaborate closely with other marketing department leads across day-to-day content amplification, internal projects and department events, training and upskilling opportunities – including heads of: Content, TV, Social Media, and SEO.
