Job Description

Main Purpose

To optimise the selling of Financial Services products to customers through the store channel by integrating with the store staff, supporting their selling activities and optimizing store and customer relationships in line with sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • AssistwithimplementationofSalesoperatingplansinstoresinlinewithbusinessstrategies, policies and procedures.
  • Manage personal sales activities in line with agreed sales targets and performance measures.
  • Compliance with customer service and sales policies, procedures and operating plans, highlight operationalrisksandcontrolsandescalatetoRegionalSalesManager.
  • Integrate with ROG and manage customer relationships in order to achieve sales targets.

Present weekly portfolio performance to Team Leader. This includes:

  • Producingaccurate andtimeous communication, reports and figures onFSproductsales results pertaining to increasedcustomer base in the store and outside promotion environment.
  • Provideaccurate communication on the operational activities within the store sales environment.
Assistthe change process when improvements on products, processes and systems are implemented.
