The ideal candidate will be a customer service orientated individual who will be the primary contact for incoming web leads.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strong product knowledge
  • Understand customer requirements
  • Respond with urgency and accuracy to incoming leads
  • Prepare quotes, technical information
  • Track open leads
  • Follow up and close leads within a reasonable time
  • Effective handover
  • Flag potential linkages to build customer loyalty
  • Provide backup to internal sales
  • Manage the company chat line

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • A relevant tertiary qualificaiton in Marketing / Administration / Finance would be beneficial
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer facing role
  • Advanced computer literate – MS Office – strong Excel
