Duties & Responsibilities

Waiters

• Greet and welcome guests warmly
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Provide menu recommendations and address customer inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests

Bartenders

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beers and wines
• Maintain a clean and well-organized bar
• Engage with customers providing friendly and efficient service
• Keep up-to-date with bar inventory placing orders as needed
• Ensure all alcohol-related regulations are adhered to
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
