About the Role

Our client is seeking a Vice President to ensure accurate, efficient handling of claims while meeting service level expectations. You’ll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communication, maintaining quality and compliance, and ensuring claim costs and payments are controlled with precision. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions while working to predefined targets.

Requirements and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned performance targets in line with Service Level Agreements.
  • Maintain high-quality transaction standards within established parameters.
  • Control claim costs effectively, ensuring leakage is minimised.
  • Ensure accuracy of reserves and payments while managing the full lifecycle of each claim.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls alongside all written correspondence relating to claims.
  • Prioritise customer satisfaction through rapport building, clear communication and timely resolution of concerns.
  • Perform any additional essential tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Key Requirements
  • Proficiency in English, with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Previous international voice process experience.
  • Strong computer navigation abilities and good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Solid understanding of relevant business concepts.
  • Ability to make timely, appropriate decisions, knowing when to escalate or gather more information.
  • Demonstrated commitment to achieving objectives and taking ownership of results.
  • Comfortable handling high transaction volumes with consistent accuracy.
