Caydeys Auto is a fast-growing car dealership based in Pietermaritzburg, selling both used and new cars.

We are in the process of opening 2 new branches and are looking for results driven individuals to join our dynamic team.

The position will come with a R8000 basic, with added commission & incentives.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Car Salesperson located in Pietermaritzburg. The Car Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with customers to determine their requirements, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits, negotiating pricing, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the sales process. Building lasting relationships with customers and achieving sales targets will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
• Knowledge and experience in Automotive Sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and achieve sales targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and familiarity with automotive products are beneficial
• Previous experience in car sales or retail sales is an advantage
