A well-established vehicle repair organization is seeking a qualified Vehicle Damage Assessor to produce accurate vehicle damage assessments and estimates. You will prepare repair estimates, manage parts ordering, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience and preferably relevant certifications like IMI Accreditation. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £40,000, with OTE up to £46,000 and various benefits, including flexible working and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Vehicle Damage Assessing.
  • Has worked as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar role.
  • Ability to guide non-qualified technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed repair estimates for clients and insurance.
  • Order and check vehicle parts for accuracy and delivery.
  • Maintain records of estimates and required authorisations.
  • Liaise with repair personnel for work completion adherence.
  • Follow health and safety policies and organisational rules.
  • Assist with tasks requested by senior management.
