Job summary

A leading financial institution in Free State is seeking a dynamic banking professional to assist Personal Prestige and Private Banking clients with their banking needs. The role involves addressing product inquiries and account activities, with an expectation of providing efficient and high-quality service. Candidates must have NQF Level 5 qualifications and 3-4 years of relevant sales experience. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential. The position is full-time, based in Virginia, with no remote work options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Advise Personal Prestige and Private Banking clients on banking matters.
  • Open relevant accounts and provide clients with account information.
  • Assess client demands accurately to provide one-and-done solutions.

Job description

To take demand from Personal Prestige and Private Banking clients for banking matters ranging from product questions to client account activities (e.g. opening of relevant accounts statements debit order information etc.) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience product and legislative (e.g. FAIS) requirements.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 5 (FAIS aligned)
Experience Required
  • Client Coverage
  • Personal and Private Banking
  • 3-4 years sales and service experience. If no FAIS experience would then need to operate under supervision
  • Experience in branch banking or contact centre environment with good understanding of bank processes, policies and products
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems
