Job Description

The following position has become available at Triton Supply Chain Solutions: Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee accurate and timely entry of goods receipt, dispatch, and inventory records in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP.
  • Ensure documentation related to shipments, inventory, leave forms, timesheets and returns is complete and compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Monitor and improve administrative processes for better workflow and data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve administrative or inventory issues.
  • Assist staff with overtime and or leave queries
  • Assist Warehouse supervisors with daily operational requests as and when required.
Requirements
  • 3+ years Warehouse experience.
  • Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management System)
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Strong Administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
