Lead Transformation in Sustainable Finance

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our efforts in sustainable finance.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in climate policy, environmental science, or social / environmental justice advocacy, with a proven track record of impact.

This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to engage diplomatically with diverse stakeholders.

A strong understanding of corporate governance, responsible investment, and capital markets' responses to climate and inequality issues is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing financial reporting.

They will also lead recruitment and onboarding processes, ensure strong governance practices, and maintain an effective organizational structure.

In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will design, oversee, and adapt advocacy and activism campaigns, manage engagements with companies, institutional investors, and regulators, and act as the organization's primary spokesperson.
