Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for verifying the final packed product and perform quality measurements to ensure compliance with specifications.

Job Summary
  • Verify that all samples required for the evaluation of a production run are sampled and submitted to the laboratory for analysis
  • Execute the isolation and registering of non-conforming products related impacting on positive release
  • Execute daily final packed product verification according to Product specifications (PSP, BOM and DIM) and as per bottling plan
  • Perform all quality measurements (DO; CO2; TPO; Bubble sizes) ensuring conformance to specification
  • Perform continuous line inspections
  • Communicate deviations from specifications to relevant parties and or register Non-conformances where required
  • Assist with isolation/block of non-conforming products
  • Perform verification and approval of production orders prior to stock handover between packaging and warehousing
  • Adhere to prescribed Health and Safety principles
  • Maintain good housekeeping and 5S in your area of responsibility
Minimum Requirements
