Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role based in Durban, for a Temporary Office Support - PA and Reception position for our client. The responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, managing office calls with professional phone etiquette, operating office equipment, and performing clerical duties. The role also involves supporting the team with communication and reception-related tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage calls and interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle organizational tasks, manage documentation, and support office workflows.
  • Familiarity with operating Office Equipment, such as printers, copiers, and related tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Prior experience in an office or reception setting is a plus.
Must have requirements

Drivers licence and own vehicle required - must have

Ability to travel to Umhlanga or Durban North on a daily basis

Experience in using coffee machines to make several types of hot beverages for clients

Able to work the hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Well spoken, presentable and confident

Professional business attire

Must be available to start as soon as possible.
