Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technical personnel across multiple sites.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance ensuring all work is completed on time and within SLA requirements.
• Prepare and manage technical budgets (OPEX CAPEX Projects PPM) per site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including chairing the Health & Safety Committee.
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure high maintenance standards.
• Support procurement risk management and reporting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with operational goals.
